I am starting a new FR campaign and, although playing with a 2.0 group, I love the 3.0/3.5 idea of the regional feats. We use the Player Option rules, so I think I can twist them enough to make a few work. I was wondering what some of the favorites are.

The 3.5 version of mind over body is quite nice for casters, too. "Tireless" can also come more than handy at times.

Depends on the character but I'm a big fan of Otherworldly (espescially for wizards), Twin Sword Style, Mind Over Body, Fleet of Foot, Fearless, and Tireless (nice for Barbarians).

Militia is very sweet if you want to get into eldritch knight and be a straight mage. Thus, I picture Aglarond and Impiltur having a lot of eldritch knights (comparative to population).
Militia is also nice if you have a couple levels of mage and priest, then militia can also get you into spellsword to let you wear armor and go mystic theurge (you can't wear the special heavier armors, but you can wear say a feycraft mithril full plate +1 twilight armor <it has 10% failure, countered by spellsword> and carry a feycraft heavy mithril shield <this has 0% failure>). I can definitely see this with the half-elves of Aglarond. You aren't a melee combatant, because your mystic theurge levels don't get you the hit points or the BAB, but you can at least defend yourself well if someone comes to wail on you. Also, with the cleric's ability to cast magic vestment, you don't necessarily have to spend a lot of money putting enhancement bonuses on this armor (and these spells are perfect for extend), and could focus a little on special defensive abilities.
While this makes for a good half-elf in Aglarond (or a good Impilturian priest of the triad who possibly saved some fey in the forests to the near east), there is also another intriguing version of this kind. An Impilturian cultist of Orcus who takes militia and does the mage/priest thing and then becomes a true necromancer (from libris mortis).
