According to RAW, can a Kir-Lanin Gargoyle be an Ur-priest?

References and rationale will be appreciated.

I'm thinking of a bard / sub-chord / ur-priest / true necromancer as a bbeg, and a Kir-Lanin seems to be neat - flight will allow him to be "just ahead of the players" as well as having geographically diverse minions.

Thanks!

Yea, it sounds like them but I thought that divine magic was anti-thetical to their nature. They can cast negative energy spells via the bard class because they are arcane spells. If the kir-lanin are merely anti-thetical to dieties, then I would accept them using the ur-priest. I have wondered about them using the ur-priest class (I always thought that it just screamed them). Personally, I don't see a problem with them using them.
