The novel Darkvision shows that the Imaskar and Leshay have some connection but given that the empire is a big pile of purple sand and lingering, nasty, spell traps, where would you suggest that LeShay would be found. Given this background how would the Mulan people feel about them?

Also the Leshay are said to make 2 +10 brilliant energy swords. Is there any other sword (besides Sahandrian) that is +10.

While this borders on novel discussion, the LeShay are extradimentional creatures so I would assume that they exist somewhere in the multi-verse and not on Faerun.

My guess is that if the Deep Imaskari didn't know about them (except for perhaps a few key individuals), then the Mulan are even more in the dark. As such, the Mulan wouldn't have any feelings about them. This is especially true since very few would have ever even heard the name LeShay before let alone know what one is.

As for the swords, I cannot think of any sword off the top of my head.

LeShay are epic powerful fey. They would generally tend to stay on Faerie caring little about the Material world.

Some powerful individuals could roam the bigeest and more savage forest but they would be few.

A +10 sword should be in the ELH (maybe mirrored in the online SRD) but i m not sure

LeShay are found on pages 202-203 of the Epic level handbook. They are CR28 as a starting point. THe swords are not seperate items - they are actually a manifestation of the leshay iteself - if the leshay dies the swords are gone. as a weapon they are listed as +10 keen brilliant energy bastard swords adn the leshay wields 2 of them without penalty since they are the leshay's natural attack form.

Any sword with more than a +5 enhancement bonus would be an epic item and probably an artifact. In the ELH they do actually have tables for epic weapons that includes upto +30 weapons (on two successive rolls of 100 on a D100) with costs ranging from a +6 weapon at 720,000 GP to a +20 weapon at 8,000,000 GPs. THe best of their listed weapons are +7 with special abilities.

Good question. There isn't much information on the LeShay (they're 3e creations) but presumably the Imaskari ran across them out on the planes, or perhaps one or a group of LeShay were the initial influence that turned the Imaskari towards the planes in the first place. It's difficult to say because it might have been fiend influence first, and later LeShay, but just as likely to have been the opposite.

There aren't that many LeShay around, regardless of the truth or not in their origin story. Any lingering ones are likely to be found wandering the planes, or potentially dwelling in Faerie.

How would the mulan feel about them? given their rarity and the lack of detailed stories about them that would have survived they would be neutral/fearful just as they would of any other unusual superpowered individual tha showed up.

I would like to note that the LeShay pre-date the current multiverse. They are older than the Elves, older than Correllon, older than the Demons. Older than the most ancient Gods. And still walking around. Oh yeah, and they make great stew.:D

:embarrass Ah here I was thinking they resided on the Material Plane, My Bad.
I'll have to have a look in the ELH for the swords.

I would like to note that the LeShay pre-date the current multiverse.

Well they claim they do at least, but it's an open question just what the truth of the matter is. And even if they came from a collapsed timeline, or a previous incarnation of the prime material (as fey we can probably assume them to be native to the prime in some way or to have evolved parallel to it), it doesn't necessarily make them the oldest beings around.

The older types of fiends and celestials predate the prime material, and the original ones seem to have existed as part of a non-material, abstract version of reality before the current multiverse (essentially existing as qualia of alignment, pre-existant and outside of the notion of time).

But in the end we don't really know precisely their origin, but it makes for fun speculation and tons of alternate, often conflicting notions. Which is fun. :)
