Will a Mace of Disruption permanently destroy a Cursed, the undead was revamped for 3.5 in "The lost empires of Faerun" I think. The monster's description is pretty clear on how to permanently destroy one; but is disruption a disintegrate like effect on the undeads body, or does it just leave the undead in a pile of dust, allowing it to continue to slowly regenerate when it rolls that DC save required to restart it's fast healing?

I don't know what the intent behind the rules is, but I'd say that due to a Curst's own peculiar creation and destruction that a Mace of Disruption could not destroy them. I'd let them start healing again after a save is made.

I agree with Andyr, it should drop him to 0hp and then he'd just start to regenerate as usual.

I agree: undead are normally destroyed at 0 HP, and the curst is an exception to that. Due to its creation method, it should be an exception to the disruption and vorpal abilities as well - it just regenerates.
