Eled_the_Worm_Tamer 06-13-07, 07:18 PM	Karsus, from what I have heard the Prc lets you impose the nature of varius of Eberrons planes on the area around you, and to wildshape into nataves of these. Off the top of my head you could draw Xorat's* accelerated time, and get 10 rounds for every one your foes make, or become an efriti for the free wishes. to the Op, not only is the Prc in question far from a shining testament of balance but it is also intimately tied to the planular nature of Eberron you would lily have to entuerly remap the cosmology, for all these reasons I wouldn't bother. *Xorat, plane of madness home of the Dealkr insane near gods who make aberrations and destroy universes, tried it n Eberron only to be halted by druids. The Dealkry are the creators of such beings as Beholder, Ilithid and unnamed other aberrations.
