Has anwyone converted them to 3.5?
I am planning to do so but I am not sure where to start. I am diggging for my 2nd to 3rd conversion manuel.
any help woudl be appreciated thanks.

It looks pretty good, and I may use that in either the Utter East netbook, or the Kara-Tur one. And for those of you who want to know what this looks like -

Hello again. Thanks for the link to the monster description. It looks pretty thorough. Thanks for the image as well. I loved that cover of Black Courser. I thought it was great.
In all my years playing D&D one of my most memorable battles was when our group was fighting these things, these Dowagu. Princess Bhrokoti had been kidnapped by one of them. They of course wanted the Black Courser. We stole the Black Courser from Hubadai and were going trade it for the princess. It was a really tough battle. Our party consisted of a bard, a psionicist, a shukenja, and a Wujen, and a paladin. The paladin was my character. His name was Myles Comerius. My Paladin had the Cavalier kit. Somehow I figured out how to get my character wielding two bastard swords. To top it off he had Bracers of blinding strike a magic item from the Drow of the Underdark. The magic item hastened him, which doubled the number of his attacks. Then we were now what people would refer to as a pack of munchkins. Anyways, I remember how the things would fall back disappear in shadows. They were highly mobile melting into the shadows of the ruins in which we were fighting, and would rush out and ambush us from all sides attack once and another would cast a spell as the skirmisher was retreating. They would also attack from above, and drop rocks on us. We would cast light spells etc. It was tough battle. We managed to kill three. Then Hubadai showed up with his shamans and the Dowagu were driven off.
The things were creepy, the way they would appear out of the cold Himalayan night with eyes looking like cold distant stars, drag a claw across your cheek giving you frost bite…."where is my master's bride and her Dowery?" it would rasp. Then it would close it's eyes and disaper before you could get a dagger out and get of your bedroll.
We had a good DM.
I was just thinking they would make excellent agents for some larger dark lich like power. I was also thinking of using them along with the Myrdraal, from Robert Jordan’s books. The Myrdraal are dark horsemen who can shadow jump among other things. Keeping the enemy mobile.
And again thanks for your help about the Horde modules and the Grand History of the realms earlier.

How might I go about downloading the imagie you included in your post? and the Monster description from your link? the monster description woudl be usful to have, so I could use the monster in and adventure, adn the image woudl be a great prop. Thanks

02-09-08, 11:09 PM Right-click on the image, and hit 'save as', and save it to whatever folder you want on your hardrive (I usually stick pics in "My Pictures", just so they're esay to find).

The second one is slightly trickier -

Right-click on the text, and hit 'Select All' - the text should be high-lighted now. Right-Ckick again, and this time hit 'Copy'.

Now, open whatever wordprocessing program you have to a new document, go to the top left where it says 'File', click on it, and hit the option that says 'Save As'', and save it wherever you like (I would usually choose the 'My Documents' folder for text) - also, make sure you name it something easy for you to find (like Dowagu ;))

If you don't have a wordprocessing program installed, Windows comes with Wordpad and Notepad - Wordpad will keep the formatting, but either can be used. Both of those programs are available under accessories in Windows.

If you don't have Windows, I don't know what to tell ya', but the picture should still be savable the same way if you have a Mac (I think).

Thanks for the suggestions.. Since I am a one button pushing mac user, I will do my best to figure out the “right click, Left click” stuff out. I am sure it is just something very simple. Thanks again
