| HarbAlizer10-09-07, 05:13 PM | Hi! I get all crazy when I can’t find an answer right away. So now I post this question. Is "Searing Ray", that Player’s Guide to Farûn (page 67) referring to in the section mentioning Morninglord of Lathander, actually the spell "Searing Light"? I checked the errata but found no change there. I also googled for an answer but the only thing I got was some guys who didn’t know but thought that my question was the answer. /Harbalizer |

It will probably be Searing Light, which is in the Sun domain. There is no spell Searing Ray - there is a Scorching Ray (which is a 2nd level wiz/sor spell), though. But I think the spell is intended to be Searing Light due to the fact that it does extra damage vs Undead, and the ability in the Morninglord of Lathander PrC acts as if it's empowered when used against Undead. |
