Hello
Im new to these forums and new to Forgotten Realms but not to RPGs.
Im a GM and one in my group wants to be a Sorcerer/Wizard. Sorcerer for no prep of spells and wizard for more spells.

How would you do? Let him cast all spells with no prep and know all wizard spells? Or no prep and not all wizard spells? How many spells a day do he get?
So many questions:confused:

please help me

I would think he should have two separate spell lists. One list contains the sorcerer spells that he can cast with no prep as they say. The other list he casts as if he is a wizard. Much like you would if you had say a wizard/cleric

Take a look at Complete Mage. It has a prestige class named Ultimate Magus. It may be what you need.

thank you for the tips of ultimate magus.
He is realy in to the no prep and all wizard spells but i did not want to be that nice, so this can be a great middle road.
