07-30-07, 09:11 AM Is there anything that an undead can aquire to make them immune to turning. It seems that they can or do have an advantage over every other class except a cleric because they could turn them or dominate them.

Immune to turning? That would make little sense. they are already immune to critical hits and such, as well as other things to make them a pain. Why give them that? If they have an advantage over the rest as you say, it is only logical that they have a weakness.
... not being able to turn undead... :noway:

Although I just read a post somewhere about Curst from Monsters of Faerun perhaps being immune to turning. I think.

No, I haven't checked that book. Is there something in there that would help an undead. That is one that I do not have. I have heard of an object that makes it harder to turn the undead but I don't know what the name is.

08-01-07, 09:56 AM A revenant is immune to turning, and the shadowdancers Shadow companion is also immune. These are individual cases though, I have not heard of a template that can add this ability to an undead though.

-I don't know- I don't have that book either. But, the entire book is dedicated to running Undead characters and campaigns, so it seems a pretty good possible fit.

There are two PrC in the Online "Mind's Eye" articles that make the character both Undead and Immune to Turning, it is interesting that Undead are not restricted from taking the class, a 5 level dip for any Lich is recommended ;)
