Hyregoth 09-03-07, 10:46 PM	Besides the fact that you would'nt normally play a monster race in the Realms, why didnt WotC put the stats for building PC's in the Monster Compendium: Monsters of Faerun?
Mad Mage 09-03-07, 11:08 PM	Seeing as Savage Species was released in 2003, while Monsters of Faerun was released in 2001, you should be able to understand why there wasn't as much influence of showing many creatures as being able to be used as PCs.
MarkHall 09-04-07, 12:18 AM	Because in 3.0, they didn't put the character stats for monsters in the stat blocks. In 3.5, they started to do this.
