Hi All,

If a rogue attempts to sneak attach someone using combat feint and the target has uncanny dodge, does the rogue still get the sneak attack chance if the feint is sucessful?

Thanks all,

Uncanny Dodge and Improved Uncanny Dodge only prevent a character from being flat-footed and flanked, respectively (and thus immune to sneak attacks under those conditions). Feinting, however, merely denies the defender their Dex bonus on the attacker's next attack, thus circumventing Uncanny Dodge.

So just to clarify answer to the posted question;

Whether you have the Uncanny Dodge ability or not, if you get Combat Feint'ed, you lose your Dex bonus and can get sneak attacked.

Yes, because a succesful Feint leaves the enemy with an opening in it's defense.
