| BloodofNumenor03-02-07, 03:19 PM | I was curious if there was a combat feat out there that allowed fighter types to use their surroundings to their advantage in combat( Perhaps this could be accomplished with a weapon proficiency in mundane objects or something). For example, a fighter using a busted piece of railing, a torch, a rope, a big rock, a busted beer bottle, pottery, etc., to defend themselves. Does a feat like this already exist? If not, let's make one up! Thank you all. Haappy Gaming! |

Improvised Weapon 1-Handed and Improvised Weapon 2-Handed with the former as a pre-req. The benifit would be no -4 on rolls with an impro weapon as outlined in the PHB in the equipment section. The reason I would divide it up is for game balance. I don't want a person who can use a chair leg to pummel some also be able to use their foes body as one with out some practice. I also would not allow specific weapon based feats like weapon focus stack with it. |

| Duedaine03-06-07, 04:55 PM | 1.)Improvised Weapon Proficiency: no -4 2.)Improvised Weapon Focus: + 1 or +2 ETC. 1.) only covers common/ small objects 2.) For more unusual/unweildy objects (still recieving the higher bonus due to exp.) |
