I know this shield exsits... would anyone please give the stats for it, or tell witch book it is in?

it makes lances gace off same with thursts from many diffrent weopens that thurstsbut is really useless when you fight some one with larger weopens like axes swords really bad with halberds,hammers,muals, bows ,magic,maces and such

Hmmmm... good question, rolig. I swear I haven't seen any reference to a kite shield in a sourcebook.

Honestly, I would probably make it a large shield.

my frend said he found one in a complete or quintessentiall dwarf book or sumething supposed to give +3 ac bonus...
I think i recall te vengange knight exaple character in champions of ruin use one to... but not sure.

I just checked the Champions of Ruin, and the example vengence knight was listed as having a +1 heavy steel shield. The picture though, resembles a kite shield.

Yeah, kite shields are just heavy shields. If you want OMG big shield without using a tower shield, check out the "extreme shields" from Races of Stone.

kite shields are simply large shields with a kite like shape. They were intended for use from horseback where they provide some leg protection against infantry attacks. They were mostly used in the early medival period when chainmail was still common and cavalry often did face infantry lines that were well armed and armoured (think norman cavalry vs english infantry at Hastings etc).
