I have a +1 long bow and plus +1 arrows with a never ending quiver, any ideas of magic I should add to the bow and or arrows.

-Distance, or whatever it's called, is always a useful thing on a bow.

impact arrows good for dug in placements.silent arrows ====silent impact distance arrows. the bow string should be made of a sharpened steel string tpye thing for meele. and the bow should give dark sight or heat sight.

There's also the Seeking (DMG) ability, if you like arrows acting like homing missiles. ;)

Yes, Distance (also DMG) helps too.

Was always fond of Elemental Aura for ranged weapons personally. Distance is always a good, solid choice as well. Though as a side note, I think you can semi-silence a bow as it is with a few well placed pad thingy's that quiet the vibrational 'twang' sound of the bowstring, no magic required. same with bowsights. Fairly modern stuff, but find a friendly gnome or near epic bowyer and they might be able to fix you up with something like it.

stoping the tang is fairly easy but i mean like a globe of silent that follows the arrows

Ah, right... that's a little different than what I had in mind. Hmmm... might have to borrow that idea from you come to think of it. :D

The distance enhancement is good, but if you can afford it and have the precise shot feat, the Splitting enhancement (Champions of Ruin) is imo the best. Even if your DM rules that you don't apply i.e. precision damage twice (some do, some don't) it's still the metaphorical Ferrari of ranged weapon enhancements.

Well, I guess my suggestion on the Seeking property doesn't seem to have made any ground (with the original poster). :(

-The OP still hasn't said anything, so there is still some hope yet! ;)
