| The_Shaman12-28-07, 11:36 AM | Well, despite its ASF, maximum dexterity and armor check penalty it doesn't actually say it counts as any kind of armor... I'd personally say the maximum dexterity and Armor check thing means it's similar to an armor, but by RaW it should work. |
| FlikViktor12-28-07, 10:47 PM | It states in the last line of the item in the Magic Item Compendium "It is treated as light armor for the purpose of affecting class features and movement." I would say if they went as far as to include that little part that a monk would not retain there WIS while wearing it. For all purposes they would be considered wearing light armor. |
