Mostly in the DM guide under tactical movement. The maneuverability of your method or form of flying determines the space required to take off, the movement penalties for flying backwards, and the maximum amount of 90 degree turns you can make.
I believe an avariel has average maneuverability so he needs 30 ft of space to take of, can take 90 degree turns every 30 ft, he needs to maintain half (or full cant remember) of his flying speed to remain airborne, his can't hover in place, ascending cost double movement, descending half. You cant fly backwards either. I hope this helped.
