And a outsider? Well, apparently some nigh artifact like / single-purpose weapon containing a soul bind spell? If you make it useable only once or once a month / year, the price may even be reasonable. But who knows, as we are talking drow magic and/or a magic item wielded by the archmage of Menzo.
