bobsan 06-23-03, 12:08 PM	Well Met! Old School player here (i.e. 2nd ed) and a big fan of the Realms. I was wondering if there were any recommended books for 3rd ed for a 2nd ed player. I'm not sure what differences there are in what's already out there for 2nd ed and what may hve been reprinted in 3rd ed. I already have the new 3rd ed main book for the Realms but I'm not sure if there are other books out there with different, reprinted information. Any help's appreciated. thanks

Is the "main book" you're talking about the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting? Other important books include Races of Faerun, Magic of Faerun, Faiths and Pantheons, and Monsters of Faerun.
