Hi,

I'm just wondering if anyone out there has any idea where someone can find fonts of the current verions of Espruar, Dethek, and Throass as found in the 3rd Ed. FRCS. Preferably these fonts would work w/ Mac OS X, but that's not really much of a concern as most do.

I've looked and I've looked, and all that I've found so far are font collections that are incomplete, or incorrect.

Please help if you can.

There you go : http://www.steigerwaldedv.business.t-online.de/vintyri/njdownld.htm

I didn't checked 'em all but it has Espruar and Thorass

Edit: in part 3. Downloads, FR font set, 500k, you just need that, it's free.

This is very helpful, thanks to the questioner and the answers man. Several years ago I was in love with the Fonts in The Complete Book of Necromancers, but could never find one that matched.

You can download the latest Espruar here Semberholm ~ Espruar (http://myth-drannor.net/DlabraddathNet/z-semberholm/Language/Espruar.htm)

Laszlo Koller excellent link. I've added it to the Forgotten Realms Useful Links (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=186519) list :)

Maybe it's just me and my dinosaur of a machine, but when I installed the new Espruar font from the site Big Sis posted, the older version was totally over-written with the new.

I even went to the Northern Journey site and DLed the old style font they had (which was where I originally got the font from way back when). I opened that zip file and just looked at the font (without installing it) and it too was "over-written" by the new font

I like the new style, but it would be nice to keep the old as well (if just for something different)...

BTW-when I uninstalled the new font, the old font did indeed "revert back" to its original form...

Just plain odd

Anyone else discover this happening to them, or I am alone in this "experience"?

Just curious...

To avoid one font overwriting another font with the same name you will need to rename one of these two fonts. Simplest way to do it is when you are DLing it. Personally I have Espruar, Espruar1 & Epsruar2 :D

Must be my machine then...

Because I did try to rename the font before installing it, but I could not get my computer to recognize the newly named font

Thanks for the reply however, BigSis :D
