hello all i'm currently running the Marco Volo series (it's going great). my party will be deposited in shadowdale at the end of this little trot though Faerun. and i'm looking for their next adventure. I was thinking of running CotSQ but found it lacking in what i know me and my group would enjoy. I would author something on my own but i really have no time for that . so i was wondering if some one out there who is familiar with the old 2E realm material could recomend me something for a group of five around 7-8th lvl. either in shadowdale or one that has a good balance between plot and on site battle, or something that is good that i can rewrite to fit in the area. Any suggestions would be greatly apreciated.

Well since we discussed it earlier today. How about the Randal Morn trilogy? The PC's help him return Daggerdale to him...... Or also Doom of Daggerdale which is sorta a prequil......

The Zhentil Keep box set also has a adventure that takes place in Snowmantle....

I'm sure there are also Dungeon adventures for 3e that I am forgetting.... There's one set around Mistledale I think, aye?

What about Myth Drannor? There's the ones in the Myth Drannor box set or also the Pool of Radiance attack on Myth Drannor 3e module......

I'm trying to think about adventures around that level. Most of the ones for the Dalelands are the lower levels. I keep thinking about an adventure or two from Dungeon that aren't really for FR, but could easily be made for FR.

Its a tough one to find, but how about Curse of the Azure Bonds? Its for 5th level characters, but since its 1st edition, just upgrading most of the monsters to 3rd/3.5 makes it a decent amount higher. Huge adult dragons with 60 HP? :D Its a very cool story line though. If you are good at fleshing things out I highly recommend it. My party is in a heavily revised campaign around "ruins of Adventure" that they really enjoy. I will probably go on to Curse next.

Woe to mistledale is in dungeon, I think its for about 9th level chars but is actually pretty easy for characters of that level...
