I have some questions that I can't find the answers to, most are circumstantial and so maybe there isn't a set answer.

1. Psionics work in dead/wild magic zones correct?

2. In FR, (and D&D in general IIRC, except certain cases in Ebberon), in most instances psionics = regular magic. Thus, dispel psionics would dispel magical effects and vice versa?

3. If the weather outside is muggy and cloudy, w/ little to no sunshine, like a rainy day, will drow still suffer from light blindness, and can vampires walk around outside in these conditions.

4. I know a lich would be disabled in an antimagic field, but what about other creatures like vampires?

I think that's it  :P

1) No. According to one of the recent books, think it was LEoF maybe, Psionics also go off the weave, albeit in a different fashion... but without the weave, you get no power.

2) If you use the rules in the XPH, yes, by default.

3) DM's call. I would say that sunlight is sunlight, even filtered.

4) Anything using spells, spell like abilities, or Supernatural abilities loses them inside an antimagic field.

1) As of Player Guide to Faerun, this would be correct.
Psionics would still not work in an Anti Magic Field though.
If this had changed, as Milo has suggested. I would like to see where anyone with a book/pg?

2) As Milo said. (magic-psionics transparency, pg 55 XPH)

3) Good question, but I'll buy Milo's explanation.

4) Disabled? they still function and can walk around, but spells/ spell like/ and supernatural abilities would be suppressed. (EX abilities are unaffected by an AMF)
For a lich
Fear Aura, Paralyzing Touch, Spells, and Damage Reduction would all be negated.
Turn Resistance and Immunities to cold, electricity, polymorph, and mind-affecting attacks.
Would still function

In an AMF- dead magic zone a Vampire would
loose....
Children of the Night(ability to control wolves or swarms)
Dominate Ability to crush an opponent’s will
Create Spawn
Energy Drain
Alternate Form
Damage Reduction
Gaseous Form

keep
Blood Drain
Fast Healing
Resistances to cold 10 and electricity 10
Spider Climb
+4 Turn Resistance

3. i would guess that the same way you can get a sunburn on an overcast, you can be harmed if a vampire. Maybe it is the UV. Damn Lantanese and their global warming :D
