adventure ideas? [Archive] - Wizards Community

I assume medium-level to high-level, but I'd like to know for sure before I throw out any ideas.

Also, if you could supply the time period that would also be most helpful, as the situation has changed drastically for the Zhentarim in recent years.

Maybe put up some internal strife filled with intrigue. Could Include various powergroups different interrest in something. Im thinking of Cyrics cult.

Could be Eye Tyrants wanting more to say within the ranks of the Zentarim, and using some old "Unknown" power which they discovered that the citadel have, destinct from its creating in ancient times.

Could even be Manshoon. Somehow Fzoul may be aware that a clone of Manshoon is nearing the Citadel, and wants somehow to get the Manshoon living in the Citadel away from the place, in hope of getting around utter destruction when the two eventually would meet in spellbatter (actually dont know if this is still going on - I have no real knowledge of how many clones are outthere or whatever).

Could be a personal battle for the player too. If he's rather good at playing a char. make him have an internal strife. He want somewhat to get out of all the slaugther he experience in this place. He wants retribution from his old god. This could lead to numerous plots from his "friends" in the Citadel etc.
