| Gunbunny05-22-05, 09:58 PM | Folks, Looking for a little help here. I've got a group of characters that are looking to become a chartered group in the League of the Silver Marches, and to obtain a patron therein. Are there any 3.0/3.5 sources that detail what exactly goes into a party charter, costs, benefits, etc? If it's even more specific to the Silver Marches, the better. Let me know please! Thanks in Advance! Chris |

It's mostly frontier and "uncivilized", so I for one don't see a need for a charter unlike in Cormyr where they are required...... But if you want to have one then you could base it off Cormyr's.... I think thier's is 1,000GP a year or was it a month? I haven't looked in awhile. |

| Gunbunny05-22-05, 10:22 PM | It might be the only place to have charters....I couldn't remember if SM would have them, or what benefit there was to having them. What sources is this information from so I can see if I can scare it up? It makes since that there would be no charters since it's a frontier type place, however, a charter lends credit to the group as far as a merchant's association might go, i.e. a group that has a charter may be more trustworthy than those without... Just some thoughts. In that case, how do you handle having an "organized" adventurer's group who wishes to get their name spread around, increase fame, and attract the attention of possible well-paying patrons? |

Or infamous as a bunch of braggart troublemakers :D |
