ok heres the deal, around christmas me and my buddies decided to get into DnD. We had a Mage Knight group tat played weekly (4 people) and we added to more. played the box set twice, got the core rules for christmas and have had 2 campaigns been screwed by the characters doing horrible thing to themselves

i am currently DMing the third campaign and i love DnD.

This is set in FR in teh Silver Marches, they started helping Emerus Warcrown (Felbar) scout his terratory and go to the Dead Orc Pass. They are making a side trip through Deadsnows now just to get a lil xp before more challenges

My plan for the rest of the campaign is to go to a forest in the Silver Marches for a while, and then jump over to silverymoon
I hope this will take them to lvl 10 so i can run CotSQ
Plz tell me what forrest would be good, and how to get them into the Dalelands to w/e u need to be to start CotSQ.

PC's- my last session 3 PC's died. They didnt ever let me do anything becuase they refused to go into the town and find out wats up. They just ran into the woods where last week 2 of teh PC's had killed some orcs. 2 of them dueled (yes i let that happen) and the winner just walked off. they began to come back, when the stpuid dwarf sameri drowned when he tried to swim a calm river in a full plate, nobody helped him.

The problem is the PC's hate each other, this is not helped by the fact that these retards are starting to hate each oterh in real life becuase there PC's mess w/ each other. They are not a team. THey would rather fight each other than play. When they play they just try to figure out ways to kill the others (no, they have to duel i wont let them just kill each other). O btw, we r all 14-15, just to let u no we r young. THere is one particuar player who doesnt play much, always whines, and sucks at playing. everyone hates his characters becuase he is such a little panzy and a whiner. We can't kick him out though. The two pepole we invited into the group w/ the Mage Knight players moms r really strnage... If we kick him out, his mom will complain to all are moms who stay out of what we do and will force us to stop playing.

I do relize that this 'mom' thing is vrey annoying, and thats my point. It shouldnt be like this. PLEASE HELP ME SAVE MY CAMPAIGN AND KEEP THE GOOD PLAYERS PLAYING!!!!!

PC's- lvl 6 drow Ranger, lvl 5 halfing druid, lvl 4 drow rogue, lvl 4 human necro (whiny one), lvl 4 hlaf drow sameri (i still dont no if i will let that new character in, i dont think it will fit

WOW!!! Bard Vestress flashback!!!! Bard Vestress's problem with "mom's" was similar but it ended with an axe i think! (Joking! :D )

You don't have to put up with that guy. Tell him that unless he changes you will stop inviting him. And talk to your mother about how he doesn't let you guys have fun. I don't think that she won't support her son.

You are a Hitman Of Evil man! Butcher the guy if needed!! (joking....i think:D )

Damn, dude. Your sig reads like a freaking Robert Jordan novel.

As to the weenie kid, just force him to play someone's familiar...that can't talk.

What's he going to say to his mother? "I want to be a gnome, but they're making me be a parrot!?" [insert laughing smilie here]

Well if you want them to perform like a team, then have them roll up new characters that would be more likely to like eachother than 2 drow, a halfdrow, a necromancer and a druid. Having a necromancer and a druid in the same party is like some big bad explosion just waiting to happen, since undeads is just about as unnatural that things can get and in the essence really is a perversion against nature, and seeing as how the druid is well... A druid. If you want them to like eachother have them make good aligned characters. Characters that support eachother. Fights for a common cause, are actually friends without having to worry about being backstabbed by a party member.
