Hi I would like to see a Forgotten Realms 3.5 source book on the main Al-Qadium setting the land of Zakara which I know is still official part of that world. It was mention on the Races of Forgotten Realms source book, I've got both official D&D and Dragon magazines that has the Al-Qadium character templates. I'm going to be truthful they didn't translate well into 3.5 D&D world,

An Al-Qadim expansion with the current version of the Realms is not very likely.
Just like Kara-tur and Mazitica, nothing is being done for these settings other than the occasional article in Dragon.

But those lands are mention in the Races of the Realms and they are official part of the 3.5 FR world,

Yes, they are mentioned, but that doesn't mean they will be covered anytime soon.
Toril is a big world, and right now WotC is concentrated on Faerun, not any of the other lands. So chances are about nil for any of them to be covered. If WotC had any real intention of covering them, then the official setting for Oriental Adventures would have been Kara-tur, not Rokugan (Legend of the Five Rings).

As nice as it would be to see alot of the old stuff redone, it isn't likely.
No signs of Planescape coming back, despite it being quite popular.
No signs of Spelljammer coming back, even though nothing in the current Realms has indicated that it does not exist. There were several ports in the Realms, Shou Lung and Evermeet both have Space Fleets.
Al-Qadim was popular to an extent, but it was more of a Fad setting, it was never given any support into the mainstream world.
Maztica, is basically the same way, they even did a novel series based there, but it had even less support than Al-Qadim, which had no novels.
Ravenloft was licensed off.
Dragonlance was licensed off.
Greyhawk is barely even supported, and only because it is the "core" world.
