Ok, I've started a new game set in the Dalelands and I have in the party a: Amnisiaic Aaracockra- 1st or second level fighter Human Monk with spellfire, level 4 Human Bard level 4 Half Aquatic Elf Theif (3) ranger (1). Right now they are onboard a pirate hunting ship, the Aaracockra just found out what he's called from some sea elves. The Half Elf just met her mother who had to leave her on land because she would've drowned in the sea. The Monk is onboard simplely because his church ordered him to, he's LE btw. The introverted Bard is on board at the captians request. Anyway, the Aaracockra feels like he was searching for something. I want it to be a Netherise artifact that the Shades would be after, but some suggestions on what it can do would be good. Considering the blood feud the Aaracockra have with a dragon, I was thinking it might be a Dragon's Bane weapon of some type that the Shades would love to have to force some dragons to work for them or something. I'm really wanting to delve into the history of the Dales, and Anaronch. Exploring how the presence of the remains of such a powerful empire affects the area to this day, also I'd like to come up with special stories for the other players and help brainstorming this will be most welcome.
