I've read about the Arcane Lord PrC, but can't buy the old edition of Dragon #297 from P? publishing.

Can someone post the details or general information about this PrC here, I'd be interested in playing it in the future.

I'd suggest eBay. I had to go there to get #312 because I missed it and Paizo didn't have it.
