The 2E City System was little more than about 10 full size maps that connected to make a giant map the size of a ping pong or pool table, Volo's Guide to Waterdeep had a small, but servicable one, as did the 1E FR1 Waterdeep and 2E City of Splendors box set. I'm probably forgetting one or two other places we may have seen a foldout map.....
