The initial book is being developed from Ed's submission -- which is a risk -- partly by Jim and I actually haven't read much of his design work except for Greyhawk Adventures. Even so, the contents list tells me this is going to be a fun book to read and not hard to use with the Realms:

Does that mean this book is all ready available for purchase?

Hmm according to thier online store it says 5/2004....... Scroll halfway down the link below. But you are right it does say they will be publishing four new products starting this month...... Hmmm.

02-05-04, 10:01 AM Originally scheduled for January, but the company had layoffs... I wouldn't expect the first book before March, 5/2004 sounds reasonable, and with all but the most prompt d20 publishers I recommend not expecting stuff till it goes to the printer...
