05-04-05, 11:20 PM I don't know. Between Lords of Darkness and The Book of Vile Darkness isn't there enough enemy to go around?

Now, Heroes of Battle..theres a book you can stand behind.

Besides they have to break up the Regional books somehow. If they release a whole bunch of books just on regions people will complain about too many of those.

I'm personally waiting for Champions of Valor, you can only play a Justicar of Tyr or Morninglord so many times in a row. What about the second string good guys.

For every villian or threat introduced in this book you'd better bet there are going to be PC's and DM's who want to squash it. The two new races I could do without though. Organizations, information on areas not previously fleshed out, or not updated in a long time, sample baddies so I don't have to make up my own on the fly in case I want a random encounter, these are all good things for me. As a player, I can honestly say I've never played an evil character, and I don't intend to any time in the future, but I get brilliant ideas for villains. This will be more of a DM's book for me than anything, I think.
