I have two questions about Champions of Ruin.

1: Since i greatly enjoyed BoVD ( i love villans), i considered buying this, overall is the book of decent quality and worth getting if i have BoVD?

2: How FR focused is it? would it be realativly easy to adapt the PrC's and other crunch to a non-FR setting (the "world" I use is fairly generic, the dieties not being established, mostly i use grayhawk and FR dieties)

A response to either question would be helpful.

1. Yes, CoR is not near as "evil" as BoVD. It focuses more on the skills and attitudes instead of the absolute evilness of things.

2. Well, after all, it IS a FR book, but as I have found with most of them, you can adapt the feats and prestige classes to almost any campaign. (Except for the Reigonal Feats)
