alchemyprime 12-13-06, 12:35 AM	I loved this series, and I have some players I want to put in near the Spirit Soaring. Where can I find stats for Cadderly, Danica, Ivan, and Pikel? What about the supporting characters of the Legend of Drizzt series? Bruenor, Wulfgar, Cattie-Brie, or Jarlaxle? A little help please?

Alurvelve 12-13-06, 01:49 AM	Check the People and Places area, and look under Characters of Mr R A Salvatore. I have statted each of them up, useing thier offical write-ups as a guide line. Also throughout the posts there will be mentions of thier offical stats and where to look for them. PS also a bunch of people from these boards have helped ,e change things to them to better show them as they are or should be. SO its really a group effort from peeps on these boards.

and 12-14-06, 04:49 AM	the spirt soaring and cadderly would make a cool hang out and patron for new players party. its a good idea and you can give them the novels to read to get everyone thinking on the same page
alchemyprime 12-16-06, 02:20 PM	That was one idea in that whole deal. The party will have 2 npcs with them, a cleric of Denier named Harold, and a cleric of Sune/rogue named Darwin. There will be some arguments between the two of them, including whether or not an ancient magic item should be taken apart "because it could benefit many with it's knowledge." But it's a work of art as well, so I'm wondering how that will end up. I really want to use Cadderly as a patron sort of a figure. I've used Mirt too often already. Him, and I did use Sememnon once. But Cadderly's always been my favorite. Also, I've come up with a small mission for him to send them on: A gift for a friend: Cadderly Bonaduce has spent some tme and money trying to make a gift for a friend of his who lives far off. Ivan and he both work on it for over three months, and rumors have been flying around the Spirit Soaring as to who it is for. Harold says it might be a ring for Mirt of Waterdeep, Darwin says that it must be an invention for Kelvin "the Blackstaff", Pikel says it's a new "seemeetar" or other item for Drizzt Do'Urden (or, rather, Drizzit Dudden), and it has been said that it might just be an item for a cleric of Denier who is trying to start a new temple in Baldur's Gate. Whichever of these is true, only Cadderly and Ivan know for sure. That's the gist of my idea. The items it might be: Mirt- Ring of Invisibility (just because) Kelvin- A cloak that acts as a Cloak of Charisma +2 and a Cloak of Arachidnia. Drizzit- +3 Flaming Burst Mithral Scimitar Cleric- Staff of Healing I know it screws up the novels afterward, but they'd never have to use them anyway. Thanks for the links.
MarkusTay63 12-16-06, 02:51 PM	While we are on this particular subject, has there ever been a right-up for Cadderly's Yo-Yo? Would make an interesting 'tribal' Hin weapon (along with Chakras, think Xena halflings).
