My question unto thee is what should i get if i already have these things (pertaining to FR)

FRCS
Players guide to faerun
City of Splendors (waterdeep)
Lost empires of faerun

now im thinking to either get

Races of Faerun + Magic of faerun (on amazon for like 30 bucks total)

OR since i have the spell compendium i could get The monster compendium + Races of faerun.

Im not sure. What do you guys think

Since you have SC, I would recommend Monsters and Races.

My list of Stuff to buy if I find it at Half-Price include:

Undermountain
Shining South

actually, that's pretty much it. I've already got a bunch of FR stuff.

If you need an area sourcebook, the Silver Marches is excellent.

If you need a beginnerish module, Sons of Gruumsh works pretty well, and leads into a Mysteries of the Moonsea campaign, i would reckon. For a not-so-beginner module, City of the Spider Queen is also good.

I would also download all the Border Kingdoms and Undermountain stuff they've been publishing on the Wizards main board for the past while.

....Magic of Faerun is pretty good though.
That is a nice pick up.

I'd say Races of Faerun and Magic of Faerun, like you originally planned. Races of Faerun has some of the best information on the different types of humans in Faerun than any other book. Magic of Faerun is pretty good as well, but personally I prefer Volo's Guide to All Things Magical. Which can be found on the Wizards site for free.

again, though, spell compendium has all the stuff from magic of faerun, so i really dont need that.

So its races and.... ????

Despite it being 70 pages, the spell section in Magic of Faerun is not why you want the supplement. Quite to the contrary; all the other information in the sourcebook is what really makes it worthwhile. Get Races and Magic of Faerun.
