| Lashan08-05-03, 04:53 PM | I know that this isn't FR related, but I am not able to find a good review or much of any news on either of these two mass battle d20 products. One of them is FIELDS OF BLOOD (http://www.edenstudios.net/odyssey/7005.html) The other is CRY HAVOC (http://www.montecook.com/stuff.html) I can't tell which of these is going to be better. I can't find any reviews on the net. I can't afford to buy them both. Has anyone checked any of these out??? Once again, sorry for posting this in FR world, but I know people here respond. |

Cry Havoc is good stuff from what I've gathered from various sources. I've heard little, if anything, about Fields of Blood. I don't do much army-based combat to need those books. I just beat Prince of Qin on my PC, so D20 wise, I'm sorta hoping that Green Ronin will finish up Dragonfist sometime soon. |

It should take you to a page where you can access a review of Cry Havoc. Cry Havoc Review (http://www.enworld.org/reviews/index.php?sub=yes&where=active&reviewer=GruTheWanderer&product=malh_cryhavoc) Additionally, you might want to take a look at Malhavoc's message boards to see any comments and questions have been posted about the book. Malhavoc Message boards (http://pub102.ezboard.com/bokayyourturn) To my knowlege, Fields of Blood, which has been delayed quite a bit, still has not been released. |
| Lashan08-06-03, 07:30 AM | Thanks for the review of Cry Havoc. I hadn't seen that one. I did post on the Malhavoc board about the product already, but never got much of a response. That's why I came here. Thanks for the link, though. If Fields of Blood isn't out yet, then that would explain why I can't seem to find anything on it. |
