| Dror11-13-03, 03:38 AM | Hi At the 3rd level the Darkmask prestige class (from Lords of Darkness) gets the rogue sneak attack. What does it mean, that the DM can sneak attack as a rogue of the same level, or that he/she gets a +1d6 sneak attack? Please help. Dror |
| the_heart11-13-03, 04:50 AM | it is +1d6 sneak attack. as a guideline for things that are not clear, there are very few abilities that improve retroactively. |

In particular, look at the 3.5e rogue and the 3.5e assassin. I would suggest that any 3e class granting a sneak attack bonus was meant and, in a 3.5e update, is explicitly meant to stack with other classes granting a sneak attack bonus in this fashion. --Eric |
