She was a Neutral Evil drow, that now worships Shar and lives on the surface because se refused to kill a human baby.

Contrary to most Drow she's attracted to Humans and half-elves and Dwraves. So your Pc can charm her in Game.

FYI, she isn't attracted to dwarves (but she likes half-elves).

I'm not sure if Viconia had the same voice in BG1.
