12-16-07, 06:40 AM Are you trying to get a variety of leads from all areas? If so, would a lead from this area be specifically involved with lead activities that involve this forum, or at the very least the general subject that this forum is dedicated to? I tried reading the FAQ on the link you provided, but I think some clarification as far as this is concerned could help us figure out who would be the best to nominate, or who would even be interested.

12-16-07, 07:28 AM A lead for this forum would be assigned to this forum. (Also note that the other "sub-FR" boards need leads. A lead could cover all the FR boards, or just some of the boards.

The leads would be doing the fun things that the WizOs used to do. (That is, the leads would be like the GMs on the game boards, or scribes- putting together FAQs and such.) They report to the CM team which are the ones that will handle the technical issues.

So basically, it's a representative from this corner of the boards to give the CM (community management) team feedback as to what this area needs, how to improve the community and so on.

Leads do not moderate the boards, so they won't be issuing warnings and such.
