Where is the second Dragons of Faerun web enhancement detailing the Jaezred Chaulssin coming out?
I could have swore it was supposed to have been added to the web by now.

It has long since been completed. Now, it's release depends on what other WEs are also in the works and what the workflow is like. It'll get there eventually :)

Sounds good! Now I hope they get it up as soon as possible. It's going to be a very strong component in the campaign I'm running. I've already started and have an awesome character serving as the new Anointed Blade of the Jaezred Chaulssinn. Using just what I learned from novels, DoF and the what was said on these boards about how drow-dragons have split forms, I had the new Anointed Blade use a dark ritual that he discovered in a ruin on the Shadow Plane to apply the shade template to his drow side (meeting the humanoid requirement of the template).
He's done this without the knowledge of the Grandfather of Assassins and is teaching a select few of Jaezred Chaulssin's members how to also become shades so when the time comes they'll support him in his coup to assassinate the Grandfather of Assassins and take over the assassin house.
Nimor's also going to play a big part in the campaign. Though whether he's going to help the new Anointed Blade destroy the Grandfather for demoting him or help the Grandfather defeat the traitor in their midst, will remain unknown to the PCs until the end of the campaign.

The PCs in the campaign are playing draconic (shadow dragon heritage) drow that were born to drow houses in different drow cities due to their's houses secret Jaerzred Chaulssin patrons. One by one they eventually discover the truth of their heritage (through carefully laid clues left by their Jaezred Chaulssin fathers) and seek out the Shadow City. Along the way they meet one another and are forced to bond to survive the unusually high number of obstacles that come their way. Sharing the same unique dragon drow heritage also helps solidify their bond. When they finally arrive at the City of Wyrm Shadows they meet with their patrons and learn the full truth of who they are. But to prove themselves worthy of the Jaezred Chaulssin they are sent on various missions throughout the Underdark and the Plane of Shadows. All the while, they accidently learn of the plot against the Grandfather of Assassins and have to make a decision on whether or not they reveal the plot to the Grandfather of Assassins or take part in the plot against him.
Either side they choose will be extremely hazardous to their health. If they decide to unveil the plot and the Anointed Blade learns of this (and he will if they choose to tell) he will do everything in his power to kill them without being overt (like sending them on a mission to Nightcrawler Canyon on the Shadow Plane). If they decide to help the Anointed Blade, he may think them too weak to assist him and feel that they're too dangerous to know his plan and live. Then again, he may allow them to help him if they prove themselves, but that'll involve them having to assassinate key members of the Jaerzred Chaulssin that are loyal to the Grandfather of Assassins.

Anyway, just thought'd I share.

I would have hoped that the web team would have used the various WE from DoF and MoM to fill the FR article shortage where currently suffering on the WOTC site

I can't speak for the plans of the web team, but I can say that the FR article shortage will be ending rather soon.
