Hello, all.

Sorry for the short notice, but I've just received word that, as part of noticing World D&D Day on Saturday (during which Ed will be at BakkaPhoenix Books in Toronto from 3 pm on, launching a fantasy anthology, SUMMONED TO DESTINY, that he has a novelette in), Ed Greenwood will be the guest on Alan Neal's phone-in show on Radio One, on CBC (Canada's national radio network), from 1-2 pm tomorrow (Friday) October 15th.

So you can call in and speak to the Great One directly. :}
love to all,
THO

If you want to listen to it over the net the link is:

http://www.cbc.ca/listen/index.html#

It should be the Ottawa link on the right handside of the screen. Actually testing it myself it looks like the links for Toronto and Ottawa both play the same program. :)

I've tested these radio links and here's a couple of advices to ensure smooth quality:

1. They use Windows Media Player, so make sure you have that ready...

2. Scroll down the page kuje gave you and click on this:

General:
Is your media player having trouble "locating media", or with "verify path name and file name"? Go directly to our full list of streaming URLs.

3. This will give you a list of city-specific URLs... copy and paste Ottawa's and Toronto's on word or notepad...

4. Before the interview, open your browser to any webpage you want.

5. When you're ready to listen the interview, paste in one of the links to your address bar and hit enter: your Windows Media Player should open automatically and the connection is made within three seconds if you use DSL (i.e. it's fast compared to other radio links I've used)

6. If you don't hear Sir of the Greenwood talking, try the other link fast!!!! :D

You know that always happens. Remembers the Mortality radio interview. Phones and Ed just don't mix.

Edit: They got him. :) YAY!

Ah good.

Grin, it was the radio stations equipment that wasn't getting through to him. :) But see my edit. :)
