It is in the Sharn - City of Towers sourcebook for the Eberron campagin setting, and the book on the table in the pic is indeed The Players Guide to Faerun. I think Edymnion at our board first noticed the easter egg, and we thought it was quite hilarious. :D

Rifling through the Eberron General backpages, it seems it was first spotted by a member named Brianish on 11-20-04, 06:26 PM. The thread can be found HERE. Gotta be one of the best easter eggs to ever make it into a D&D book!
