| Technomancer05-14-04, 06:13 PM | Recently my palyers went to Sildiyuir(sp) home of the star elves. The reason being to retrieve an powerful artifact. That really isn't important. When they learned of the star elves situation with the Nilishia(sp) (those creatures from the ethereal plane), one PC who is an elven wizard/nobleman from evermeet wants plans on going back to evermeet to ask for aide in defense of the star elves home. What would the court of Evermeet say? Would they help their oftten forgotten kinsmen? Leave them out to dry? Excuse the spelling....i didnt have my books at the time i wrote this. Any ideas? thanks in advance -Tech |

As a result of that a large number of Elves who had retreated to the West to Evermeet, are once again returning to the Mainland.. So I imagine Evermeet would be unlikely to be in much of a position to help directly, beyond advice and possible contacts who may be able to help further. |

Besides the elves of Evermeet are spread thin atm because of the defence of Evereska....... But I'd say Evermeet would off the star elves a place on the Green Isle if the star elves need a safe haven...... |
| Valis Moonlight05-14-04, 09:13 PM | I'm not sure how much direct aid Evermeet could lend the star elves at the moment what with all the problems they are having but I don't see why Queen Amlauril(?) would not offer them a place of refuge and/or send some adventurers their way to help. |
| Purple Dragon Knight05-15-04, 03:32 AM | One comment here: the elves of Faerūn need to stop playing with their little swords for a while and start making babies... lots of them. So if I'd be DMing Amlaruil in such a situation, I'd tell the Star Elves to go see the dwarves of the Great Rift for help, or live in Evermeet with the rest of the elves to help with the making baby project... |

I agree with the other things posted here; Amlaruil would certainly give them a plage of refuge on Evermeet, and at best, Evermeet *might* scrape together some sort of aid. There is, of course, Evereska to consider, though. |
