09-11-05, 12:38 PM Hi, I've got the big Faerūn map that was with the forgotten realms campaign setting book. I've also got a more detailed map of Amn, which was with the baldur's gate 2 game. I was wondering if there were more such maps, hopefully online. Because I'd be interested in close-up views from other faerūnian countries and regions.

09-11-05, 03:29 PM the old 1E and 2E regional sourcebooks and boxed sets would be your best bet. Some of which are available as downloadable Pdfs for about $5 on average. Check the RPGNow link in my sig.

And some are free here http://wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/downloads
and those are the only legal free pdfs. Anyone that is offering free pdfs not on that list is violation copyright laws.

09-12-05, 01:17 PM Silver Marches 3e sourcebook has a GREAT map of that region, which has been a "hot spot" for 3.5 storylines (Last Mythal, Return of the Archwizards, Hunter's Blade)

09-13-05, 04:57 PM There were 4 Dragon magazines that took the map from the FRCS and blew it up to a huge size and chopped it into four sections. It has the same exact detail, but it is bigger. I forget which numbers they are though, somewhere in the 290's I think.

09-13-05, 05:28 PM The 2E product that covered Amn (and Tethyr) was Lands of Intrigue, which is a free download from WOTC.

It includes pretty big maps.
