For those here with a fair bit of FR Action/RPG's under their belt, from Baldurs Gate, to Neverwinter Nights to Dark Alliance, who does the best job?
Lord Karsus

-I think that Khelben, from Demonstone, was pretty on-the-mark.

Well, Khelben was voiced by the peerless Patrick Stewart (of TNG Fame), so huge advantage there!

Jon Irenicus from BG2, voiced by David Warner was rather impressive too, I felt.

Wendee Lee as Aribeth from Neverwinter Nights is great as a Paladin's voice, with that tinge of drama added as well

Was rather fond of the fellow who did Sand's voice in NWN2, was pretty dead on for what I imagined a prickish sun elf wizard would sound like... no idea who he was though.

I wonder who did Tomi Undergallows in the original Neverwinter Nights. I was pretty impressed with him. That, or the one who did Daelan Red Tiger.

When it comes to the Baldur's Gate series, my hat goes off to Kevin Michael Richardson, who voiced Sarevok and narrated the first BG game. He gave Sarevok enough of a sinister, psychotic, and cunning attitude to really leave a mark on my gaming history. :tiphat:

Let's see. Xzar from BG I ("I ate his liver with a nice Chianti... and some fava beans" lol). One of the dwarven fighter voices from Icewind Dale ("When all else fails, put the dwarf up-front"). Gorion was preatty cool, yes. And Illius, the Sorcerer from Demon Stone. (Maaan, I'm one of the greatest wizard-maniacs, but that character made me thinking about playing a sorcerer...)

(As a side-note: Sand is a moon elf ;) )

Xzar was voiced by Frank Welker, who also voiced the following characters in Baldur's Gate:
- Elminster
- Duke Eltan, and a few others I'm forgetting
- Korax the Ghoul
- I also swear he voiced the dopplegangers from that game
- Lord Cor Delryn in BG2
- the Avatar of Amaunator in BG2: Shadows of Amn
- the sahuagin king Ixilthetocal from BG2: SoA
- the play actor Kirinaldo from BG2: SoA

Gorion was voiced by Jim Cummings, who voiced these characters as well:
- Minsc (Go for the eyes, Boo! Go for the eyes! RAAAAAGH!!!!)
- Mulahey in BG1
- Firkraag in BG2: Shadows of Amn
- Abazigal in BG2: Throne of Bhaal
- Khan Zarah the Dao Djinn in BG2:SoA

Don't know about the others, unfortunately. :(

True, very true.

Now, if only Peter Cullen would do some Forgotten Realms voice work. :plotting:

Minsc, gotta love that guy, and the voice actor really made the character come alive. They should have put more effort into finding a good voice actor for Boo though.

I have to agree. He did a great job... a calm, in control, villanous mastermind.
I'm pretty sure the actor was the guy from Titanic (Billy Zane's gun toting lackey)

Great acting.
