Bocklin 06-17-04, 05:51 AM	Hi Ryltar! Re-reading the rules, it seems to me that the Yalk's question is not one of the forbidden one. Although, it might be nice to get Big Sister's opinion on that. It is fine to name Novels if it helps for a discussion on the game. It is not ok to discuss the novels themselves or express opinions about their value. So, I think (Big Sister corrects me if I am wrong), that it is allowed for a Forum member to post just the name of a novel where Feyris appear, as long as no judgement is being expressed on this/these novels. As I am myself planning to develop an adventure with Feyris involved, I would also be happy to know where I can read more about them. I have the Races of Faerun source book and the Silver Marches one, but would still be happy to read more, maybe from a Source Book, maybe from another type of source (novels included). If anybody can point one of these sources about the Feyris, this would be nice. Thanks, Bocklin PS: Still would be happy to hear Big Sister's opinion on that one... :)

Brenigin 06-17-04, 10:00 PM	Just a correction, Kannyr Vhok is not a Fey'ri. He is a Half-fiend human, and his basic stas are listed in Underdark . In 2E he was a cambion. Rich Baker's The Last Mythal trilogy will focus on the Fey'ri.

Anyway, I think the thread is taking the right direction (i.e. people giving sources to find more about the Feyris and not about novels). So I guess it fits into Big Sisters of not having threads discussing novels but falls under "it is ok to name novels if it is relevant for the discussion of a game aspect". We'd like to have more info about the Fey'ris (for game purpose), whatever the source... that's it... Bocklin

warlockco 06-22-04, 03:10 AM	Lords of Darkness has several pages on the Feyri. Including just a stat line for the some of the major NPCs and an "adventure/dungeon" with them. (Name, AL Race (Half Fiend Sun Elf or Feyri), Class)

Moscone 07-09-04, 05:50 AM	without giving anything away, I'd also recommend Ed Greenwood's Elminster in Myth Drannor for some answers that I would suspect probably tie into Rich Baker's new series (could be wrong tho).

(http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=185204) thread you'll see that part of the decision handed down to us WizOs form on high is that you aren;t allowed to debate the decision on the boards. The bottom line is yes you are allowed to talk about fey'ri in novels, but only as part of a wider discussion about fey'ri. What you should have done is make a title without the word novel in it, and then posted something like this Where can I get more information about fey'ris, more tha njust ths stats? As things stand I have to close the thread but I hope my advice helps.
