Yes.. I think we need to know the following:
1) Are you a player or a DM?
2) How long into the game are you?
3) Is the entire group new to Forgotten Realms?

1.A) If you are a player, where in Faerun is you game located?
1.B) If you a DM, have you read Underdark/FRCS? They should explain how and where drow should be. They also tell you where dragons and dracoliches are. This man with a dragon orb.. I don't know about.
