Herr Doktor 02-07-04, 10:38 PM	I really want to get into minis (I used to own quite a few lead free pewter figures back in the day, mostly Ral Partha stuff and a few things I found at garage sales. I even found this beautiful little armored goblin-like fellow with a helmet with huge horns in my backyard.), but it seems the rest of my group wouldn't have it. I guess realistically I wouldn't be able to afford as many picks if I kept up with the miniature line. So I guess I won't be hopping on this "plastic crack" train anytime soon.

Ral Partha how I miss thee. :) I still have my Seven Sisters minis and Elminster and Goldmoon and Huma and his dragon, and one or two others. It was strange they made two different Dove minis though. Some day I hope to find the mini I am missing to complete my Seven Sister's minis. (I don't recall which one I'm missing atm. :))

I mean an Aspect of Cyric would just be a rogue. At least Bane looks monstrous enough to make a nice mini. I only hope the Aspect of Bane will be a large creature.

Mirtek 02-08-04, 05:58 PM	I am still disappointed that we won't get an aspect of Tiamat. I was really looking forward to this mini. An aspect of Hextor would surely be a nice mini too, actually i was hoping to see much more than only four aspects (and IMO the aspect of Demogorgon is just ugly.) I hope there will be more aspect creatures in GoL

I hope there will be more aspect creatures in GoL Actually Im glad they kept the numbe of Aspects to 4 after all my partys more likely to run into a Bone devil or a Vrock then an Aspect of Asmodeous. As for the Aspect of Hextor, Im glad they didnt do one he mini would be absolutely useless to me he doesnt resemble another creature I could use him for

Lashan 02-12-04, 03:49 PM	It seems that Arch Fiends is one set that I will skip. I think that the only two that I might be interested in are the cleric of Bane and the Moon elf. I'm not one for "iconic" characters. What a waste.

Nahar 02-12-04, 11:30 PM	I have had two half painted pewter minis sitting in my 'abandoned hobby box' for the last ... ummm.... four years. This plastic crack (how true) is the best thing since 3rd ed for me. Don't know how the prices are in the states, but here it's so much cheaper than buying the unpainted pewter minis it's not funny. So looking forward to the aspect of Bane. My Tormish paladin is going to have fun with that one!
