forgive my ignorance...mystra died? help [Archive] - Wizards Community

01-24-08, 01:55 AM I've been reading all these post about changes to the realms (a bit worried) but where is all this info coming from. Im a FR novel reader (own them all) so if its in a source book i get a bit behind. could someone fill me in or link me to a source? thanks

The Forgotten Realms sourcebook "A Grand History of the Realms" details Mystra's demise at the hands of Cyric, whereupon magic goes haywire and the Spellplague erupts across all of Faerūn.

The sourcebook it exceptionally useful, if you're a DM or just a fan. Lots and lots and lots of usefull lore in that book. Plus new hints and some old mysteries solved.

01-24-08, 03:18 AM You forgot the most important part - that happens in 1385 DR, so its still ten years into the future of the current (3e) setting. ;)
