| Ousia10-31-03, 03:28 PM | Does anybody know where to download Forgotten Realms fonts? |
| Ivy10-31-03, 04:27 PM | I'm not sure of the exact locations, but I can give you names of the fonts. In the 3E books, the title headers are very similar to a font called Morpheus. The subheadings are similar to a font called Bebris. In the 2E books, the headers are similar to a font called Sherwood. If you search out these names, you'll be able to find free downloads for them all. Hope that helps. :) |

The title font is called "Splendors" (that's the American spelling)). Morpheus is close but not close enough; Spendors is the one. Bebris is correct for the subheadings. Anyway, feel free to email if you need them. Cheers D |
| Wooly Rupert11-01-03, 12:36 AM | Check out Elaine Cunningham's site -- I saw a couple links on there that are worth pursuing. And IIRC, the Wizards website, at one time, had a couple of fonts available for download. I won't swear to that, but I'm pretty sure that that's where I got my Espruar and Thorass fonts. If you can't find them, let me know and I'll e-mail them to you. |
| Lashan11-01-03, 01:18 PM | I also believe that Sean K Reynold's site has them, as well (the Thorass and other fonts). |
| Damador11-01-03, 02:20 PM | http://www.geocities.com/rgfdfaq/tsrfonts.html here you can get names |

You know, I don't normally react this way, but would it have been such a problem to say something like, "Actually, there is a font that is even closer than Morpheus; it's called Splendors," rather than "NOPE! It's close but not close enough!" Not close enough for what? Come on. I realize this is an anonymous messageboard, but show some manners. |

Hint: If you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat (not Reader) you can extract the background images from the FR Web Enhancements. From the mind of Kalex the Omen |
