Forgotten Realms map question [Archive] - Wizards Community

02-04-05, 07:46 PM I know what i'm about to ask has probably been asked a dozen times already so please forgive me.

I recently lost my map which came with the FRCS, actually my brother accidently threw it away this week. Is there any way of getting a new one without having to buy a whole new FRCS book?

02-05-05, 05:09 AM Yes, this question does pop up every once in a while :) If you write to customer service and tell them you lost your map they will most likely send you a new one.

02-06-05, 11:46 PM Just to let everyone know if you loose your Forgotten Realms map, WOTC will not send you a new one. Here is the statement i recently got from customer service.

"Unfortunately we cannot replace objects that were lost or damaged after
purchase. Have fun and good gaming!"

Oh well, have to figure something else out.

02-07-05, 12:53 AM Dragon printed an even bigger map, in four parts, around Issue 290 (4 issues, I know one was 290, I'm unsure of the other ones.)

You could order those four issues to get it back (though, honestly, it's only a wee bit cheaper than buying a new book.)

I guess they ran out of maps then, because I got about four of them. I could part with one though, so if you send me your address, I will send you a FR map, even though it may not be in perfect shape.
