TXCBoy36 05-19-06, 12:57 AM	I hope this request is met with some enthusiasm. I am an avid player of D&D and I have always enjoyed the Forgotten Realms world settings. But, I have never read any of the novels. I am looking at getting some of these books, but I am unable to determine which one is the first book to get, so I am getting these books in the correct order. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :fight!:

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :fight!: well the thing is reading the books in order.. well.. ity's not entirely possiable. as often they don't relate, the thing is that there are differnt series, trilogies etc of FR books and they don't really touch on each other except in rare cases. (you can read RA salvatore's books straight through and not having read ed green wood's elminister series is irrelevent. Thus rather then reading the crystal shard and then switching over to another novel because it takes place after crystal shard but before steams of silver, it's best to read the identifiable series in order.
